StockX, GOAT, and Grailed prices are periodic estimates and may not reflect current market conditions. Deal Scores are computed algorithmically and are not financial advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any data displayed on the Service.

4. Affiliate Links

Some links on the Service are affiliate links. When you click through and make a purchase on a third-party site, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence search results, deal scores, or the order in which listings are displayed.

5. User Accounts

You may create an account to access features such as saved sneakers and price alerts. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Sneaker Search Engine — including the deal scoring algorithm, search infrastructure, data pipelines, UI design, logos, trade dress, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Better Every Day and is protected by applicable copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any part of the Service is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

Sneaker product images and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and comparative purposes only.

8. Prohibition on Reverse Engineering and Cloning

The architecture, algorithms, scoring systems, data models, and design of Sneaker Search Engine represent substantial proprietary investment by Better Every Day. You expressly agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Reverse engineer — attempt to reconstruct, discover, or derive any source code, underlying algorithms, data structures, or trade secrets of the Service through any means, including but not limited to decompilation, disassembly, traffic analysis, or behavioral observation
• Copy or reproduce — duplicate, mirror, frame, or otherwise reproduce any portion of the Service's interface, functionality, content, or user experience
• Clone or replicate — create any product, service, or application that is substantially similar to or designed to compete with Sneaker Search Engine by using knowledge gained through access to the Service
• Assist others — provide, enable, or facilitate any third party in performing any of the acts prohibited above

Any violation of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access, injunctive relief, and claims for damages including lost profits and attorneys' fees. Better Every Day reserves all rights and remedies available under law and equity.

10. Third-Party Sites

The Service contains links to third-party websites such as eBay, StockX, GOAT, and Grailed. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.

12. Limitation of Liability
